RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with business line leaders to achieve business goals.
- Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Leverage strong Japanese networks for market growth.
- Expand and grow the Japan market with Business Development support.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Establish KPIs to monitor operational success.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., BD, Finance, Marketing) to support organizational objectives.
- Drive alignment between operational functions and business strategies.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks for the Japan market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in gaming, payment, or IT, with strong understanding of local regulations and market trends.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing budget and driving cost efficiencies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Legal authorization to work in Japan and native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT-N1).
