Job Details
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of outbound sales and reactivation agents.
- Develop and implement efficient outbound workflows: scripts, segmentation, communication flows.
- Work with multiple customer cohorts: cold leads, dormant users, VIPs, new players — across different GEOs and languages.
- Build a data-driven motivation and KPI system aimed at conversions, sales performance, and reactivation success.
- Analyze team performance and customer data regularly to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Continuously optimize processes based on data insights, feedback loops, and testing
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies with customer segmentation.
- 2+ years of experience leading outbound sales or reactivation teams (preferably in iGaming, FinTech, or other fast-paced B2C sectors).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer segmentation, and outbound strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and building high-performance workflows.
- Experience creating KPI systems and performance-based incentive structures.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to inspire, drive results, and build team culture.
- Advanced level (C1) of English.
