Role: As Head of Product Marketing, you will be a core member of the President’s leadership team and have the opportunity to build the product marketing strategy and program of action to excite and mobilize the Nonprofit sector relative to ServiceNow and our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ServiceNow’s value proposition for nonprofit products and solutions in all markets and cause categories.
- Develop positioning and messaging that articulates the unique benefits of ServiceNow.
- Translate the ServiceNow GenAI platform to nonprofit buyers with compelling stories.
- Create messaging and content (case studies, videos, eBooks, infographics, blog posts) for key buying centers.
- Manage ServiceNow.org’s presence at key conferences and events.
- Fuel growth by scaling successful sales motions for target personas, aligned to mission areas and solutions.
- Demonstrate ROI by measuring and championing successful customers’ outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the nonprofit tech stack.
- Develop and deliver sales assets (research, white papers, presentations, etc.).
- Partner with solution consulting and product teams to define compelling demo narratives.
- Evangelize ServiceNow.org stories, focusing on GenAI.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in product marketing (10+ years).
- 5+ years in product marketing.
- Experience with the nonprofit industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present to C-level executives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- High-energy, accountable personality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
