Job Details

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Enablement to bring Pulumi’s cloud programming model to the world. You will develop and execute the enablement strategy for Pulumi. This includes collaborating with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams to design, develop, and deliver training, content, and programs for selling and supporting Pulumi’s solutions. You will be the expert liaison between Product Marketing and customer-facing teams, translating market needs into enablement programs.

Key responsibilities include operational excellence (pricing, packaging, deal qualification), solution capabilities (positioning Pulumi's Internal Developer Platform), and competitive differentiation (competing against incumbents). This role supports major global training programs, e-learning implementation, and sales tools management.

In This Role You Will:

  • Partner cross-functionally for technical and sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to align on objectives and build a strategic enablement roadmap.
  • Lead enablement efforts for new product releases, ensuring field-ready content.
  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Enablement.
  • Own design and delivery of instructor-led training, SME coordination, and curriculum development.
  • Repurpose technical content into enablement programs (onboarding, new product training, sales playbooks).
  • Ensure alignment between GTM and Product leadership on enablement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain analytics for enablement effectiveness (impact, adoption, performance).
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize enablement content and processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or field enablement.
  • Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Pulumi's products and the cloud/DevOps ecosystem.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance enablement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills.
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities.
  • Real-time problem-solving skills and a proactive work style.
  • Proficiency in G Suite tools and adaptability to new technology.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
