Head of Risk, Compliance & Security Go to Market – Global
We are seeking a Head of Financial Services Industry Risk and Compliance Go To Market. Ideal candidate is a Financial Services industry expert with knowledge of Financial Services pain points, business processes, system landscapes, and solutions.
Responsibilities include identifying and localizing ServiceNow Financial Services solutions globally, aligning with account teams, building trusted relationships, contributing to revenue growth, developing strategic opportunities, and building GTM strategy.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Industry experience in Financial Services, with Risk, Control, Policy and Compliance expertise.
- Familiarity with Financial Services front office and operational processes.
- Risk Market Expertise: understanding local market trends, buying patterns, partner ecosystem, and competitive dynamics.
- Strategic Planning: creating and driving the Financial Services Go-To-Market strategy.
- Solution Sales Success: collaborating with global sales teams, developing high-touch and scalable sales programs.
- Cross-Functional Execution: collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Alliances.
- Customer Engagement: presenting to large customer audiences and building credibility with CxOs.
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: introducing and educating executives on ServiceNow solutions.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: partnering with account executives to progress pipeline.
- Partner Development & Execution: leading priorities with partners.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: analyzing regional business trends, opportunities, and needs.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience in Banking, with deep knowledge of core operational processes.
- 5+ years Enterprise Platform Software selling into Financial Services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships.
- Experience producing thought leadership content.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
- Agile business mind and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
- Understanding of key industry use cases.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in relevant field.
