Job Details

As the Head of Sales & Partnerships at LDX Digital, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound leads and partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound chats, forms, and outreach channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls.
  • Lead sales presentations and closing conversations.
  • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain partnerships.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain sales records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Client Success team.
  • Identify opportunities for upsells.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience in digital marketing/ecommerce.
  • Track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Are self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Can balance a fast-paced pipeline.
