Job Details
The Home Care Acquisition Manager (HCAM) is responsible for signing strategic, high value home care agencies. This role ensures that we have the right home care agencies in each market to handle all of our referral needs. The HCAM reaches out to target agencies and presents a personalized sales presentation.
What you will do:
- Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies.
- Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value.
- Sign on new agencies that meet A Place for Mom’s customer qualifications and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals.
- Ensure the success of our new home care agencies by collecting all the information required.
- Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity in our CRM.
- Keep in excellent communication with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare reports.
- Occasional travel may be required.
