Job Details
Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline. Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analyzing the market dynamics.
Negotiate contracts via phone, online, or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections, capturing new business opportunities.
Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions, including PMS, POS, SPA & Shiji Payments.
3+ years’ experience in hospitality software sales.
PMS knowledge and understanding is a must, understanding of hospitality technology is a plus. Experience with working on complex and dynamic sales cycles within hospitality is highly desired.
Negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to multi-task in addition to outstanding communication skills.
Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude and a hunter mentality.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills.
Deep hotel industry knowledge and a very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
Availability for national and international travel.
