Implementation Consultant delivers technical implementation support to new and existing customers.
As a member of the Customer Engagement team, the Implementation Consultant will help implement academic integrity and assessment technology solutions at our client institutions.
- Coordinating calls
- Monitoring product adoption
- Providing complex technical advice
- Overseeing change management processes for the client
The Implementation Consultant is a key part of ensuring customers reach and recognize the value of their investment.
Also involved in team projects and helping implement new processes and solutions within the team and department.
- Coordinates with Onboarding Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless technical implementation and client expectations
- Utilizes project scheduling tools (Rocketlane, Salesforce, Zendesk) to monitor project plans, drive timelines and deliverables, and hold clients and teams accountable
- Attends/leads virtual meetings and distributes communication
- Acts as an expert advisor in all Turnitin products and LMS integrations
- Assists customers with complex problems
- Determines customer needs to optimize configuration and recommends best practice solutions
- Acts as liaison between customers and technical teams
- Partners with sales, UX, product management, and engineering teams
- Supports the sales team with integration-related queries
- Facilitates customer interactions with Support, Onboarding, and Integrations teams
Will assist with post-sales tasks including:
- Developing processes to improve customer experience
- Working closely with the Account Management team to prevent churn and increase uptake
- Providing customer feedback and/or requirements to the Product team
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in educational technology, or education, in a relevant role (Implementation Consultant, Customer Success, etc.)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate, manage high-level relationships, and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in the Higher Education market is preferred
- Experience with third-party integrations is preferred
- Experience with Turnitin products is preferred
- Ability to travel for on-site client visits or conferences as needed

Salary: $74,625/year to $124,375/year (bonus eligible/commission-based)
