Full-Time Industrial Sales Manager

This role optimizes sales in existing mid-market accounts by strengthening customer relationships and growing revenue based on customer needs. It also brings in new business to expand sales coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across solution areas.
• Expand account base by successfully moving new opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Key and Global Accounts teams to expand account footprint.
• Coordinate with overlay specialists to expand PPE offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned territories and accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners for business alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business field, 4+ years experience, or equivalent.
• Experience selling premium products to mid-market industrial accounts.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
