- Managing CRM leads.
- Analyzing and following up on Partner Program results.
- Creating and managing distributor event promotions.
- Qualifying and tracking leads from Ajax events.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Developing incentive programs for key accounts.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Responding to inbound inquiries and managing leads.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Keeping accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Providing regular performance updates.
