We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to oversee a team of Inside Sales representatives. The role involves driving team culture, sales, and performance goals through coaching and development. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing professional growth, and maintaining knowledge of Inside Sales functions.
A day on the job:
- Directly managing and developing a team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Enhancing sales skills through coaching cadences and virtual calls to exceed sales targets.
- Leveraging reporting and metrics, including funnel management and Salesforce dashboards.
- Adhering to operational processes and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partnering with senior leadership to drive sales through performance management.
- Staying knowledgeable about customer needs and advising on sales strategies.
- Handling administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of Inside Sales experience in a leadership capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Top-notch communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and team-player mentality.
- Able to perform outstanding work from home.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
