The Integrated Business Planning Manager ensures the accuracy and visibility of the order book, acting as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. The role balances daily order execution with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations regarding order book management.
- Maintain an accurate view of customer orders and fulfillment status.
- Analyse trends in demand, supply, and inventory.
- Manage and prioritize activities.
- Facilitate expedite requests.
- Support value-stream management and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reporting on order status and KPIs.
- Partner with Finance and Operations.
- Identify and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in order management or supply chain.
- Ability to balance operational tasks with long-term planning.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and ERP/MRP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; ERP knowledge is essential.
- At least a B2 level (Conversational) of German is an absolute must
