The Role: Your main responsibility is for promoting and selling all Eurofins Softlines and Hardlines services, with a focus on identifying and pitching to potential new clients and converting these enquiries.
Taking responsibility for a number global key accounts, developing relationships to increase business, whilst supporting customers in understanding the products and services available.
Main duties:
- Provide an extensive market study of the UK market and their testing, inspection, certification needs.
- Trigger and develop UK key account customers in selling them our international (ASIA+EUROPE) Softlines & Hardlines service offering.
- Find, develop global sales leads and close sales.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Manage the Sales Process from beginning to end: Creating, following and closing Sales Opportunities in CRM.
- Achieve targeted growth in customer portfolio.
- Respond to tenders.
- Intelligently utilize internal technical resources to provide best support to win and retain business.
- Engaging customers by focusing on their needs as well as resolving any issues they may have.
- Maintain contact with potential clients to continually develop sales through relationships.
- Follow-up incoming web enquiries where required from prospective customers.
- Find new and innovative ways of meeting the demands and needs of customers.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
- Help Identify new areas/industries where it adds value to the business.
- Ensuring sales activity is recorded including visit reports and all actions are followed up.
- Attend any relevant exhibitions that promote the sale of our products.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must be able to demonstrate your successful and proven experience in selling Softlines & Hardlines laboratory testing services over a number of years.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and promote our product offering in a clear, concise and friendly manner, both on the phone and face-to-face.
- Track record of successfully marketing product or services achieving assigned budgets.
- Able to perform consultative sales and become a trusted advisor for clients.
- A driven, enthusiastic and confident individual with customer service and sales experience.
- Motivated by working in a goal-driven and targeted environment and achieving results.
- Demonstrates a self-motivated, resilient and above all positive approach.
- Ability to travel to client sites across the country and international travel when required
