Job Details

International Sales Manager objective is to sell SGS's Business Assurance (BA) portfolio to global/multinational companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Win exclusive contracts whenever possible; handle RFIs/RFPs.
  • Enhance revenue, profit, and market share.
  • Produce accurate proposals with global pricing.
  • Ensure SGS capability to perform contracted work.
  • Develop relationships with Business Managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain prospect list and client plan.
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Define/maintain prospective global key account list.
  • Follow up on proposals and conduct client presentations.
  • Develop relationships with local sales teams and global product owners.
  • Attend local sales meetings.
  • Report all sales activities on CRM.
  • Coordinate cross-business activities for global accounts.
  • Communicate contract requirements to BA Business Managers.
  • Ensure necessary information for smooth service execution.
  • Work with Global Key Account Manager.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity.
  • Travel for in-person meetings.
  • Operate ethically per SGS Code of Integrity.

Requirements:

  • Hunter experience in identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
  • B2B sales experience with global/multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of Business Assurance business/target sector.
  • Network building within client organizations.
  • Management of multiple projects.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • High-level presentation skills.
  • Precise and accurate proposal generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Full driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English and allocated territory language.
  • Ability to travel (20-50%).
