Full-Time Investment Platform Business Development Manager

AJ Bell is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen adviser relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of your regional business plan.
• Build partnerships with financial advisers.
• Collaborate with Business Development Consultants.
• Promote investment solutions including MPS and passive funds.
• Deliver adviser presentations and technical sessions.
• Oversee onboarding of new firms.
• Use tools to identify opportunities and monitor performance.
• Maintain relationships with investment partners.
• Align activities with Consumer Duty principles.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Proven success in sales or business development within the investment platform or financial services market.
• Strong network of IFA and adviser firm relationships.
• In-depth understanding of platform propositions, SIPP, and investment solutions.

Desirable:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with AJ Bell’s platform and tools.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Hybrid working model with a minimum of 50% of working time in the office.
