Job Details
You’ll work within the Legal Department providing advice to the Headquarters and to our international network of subsidiaries and branches in the following areas:
- Contract management: Draft, review and negotiation of all contract categories, i.e. confidentiality agreements, loans, clients and suppliers service agreements, memorandums of understanding, general terms and conditions, European and national tenders and consortiums, IP related agreements, real estate, and others, both domestically and abroad.
- Corporate: Setting up legal entities in several countries. Drafting and review of corporate documentation, amongst others, Minutes of Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Shareholders’ Meetings.
- Provide legal advice to corporate departments: i.e. digital business, labour relations, human resources, quality, marketing, accountancy, homologations, purchasing, etc.
- Provide assistance for answering queries from authorities (mainly for tenders and consortiums): Collecting corporate documentation for participating in regional, national, European and transnational tenders and consortiums. Obtaining and filing documentation before Commercial Registries, Chamber of Notaries and other public bodies or entities.
- Keeping and updating the contract management tool.
- Compliance: Monitoring the compliance controls for ensuring the implementation of policies at a worldwide level and legal support on management of GRC tools.
- Data Privacy Law: Implementation and follow-up of the GDPR and other data protection regulations in different countries outside EEA. Review and drafting of required legal documentation.
- Administrative support to the legal team.
- Intellectual property: Monitoring of patents and trademarks.
- Litigation: Follow-up of proceedings and litigations and coordination with external counsels.
Degree in Law. Master in Corporate Law or International Business Law is a plus.
Advanced English, both written and oral. Good knowledge of other languages, such as German or French, would be an asset.
Commercial law expertise: 1-2 years’ experience in the corporate department of a law firm or in the legal department of a multinational company.
Well organised, client oriented and problem-solving approach.
