Full-Time Junior Lawyer

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising NDAs, commercial agreements, internal policies, and a range of other legal documentation.
• Enhancing legal workflows and operational effectiveness such as process automation, document standardization, and optimization.
• Participating in onboarding processes and partners due diligence, including the use of dedicated compliance and verification tools.
• Conducting legal research and regulatory analysis upon request.
• Providing ongoing legal support for the company’s business operations.
• Managing communications with external legal counsel, business partners, and service providers in multiple countries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at an IT company or at a law firm advising IT clients.
• Solid academic background from a top-tier law school.
• Strong command of English (written - B2 or higher, including legal drafting; spoken - at least B1 level).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset, fast learner; Well-organized, diligent.

Nice to have:

• Experience in contract law.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and involvement in onboarding processes, including the use of relevant compliance tools.
