As an Insurance Account Manager at FICO, you'll work alongside senior account executives managing some of our most strategic insurance partnerships, while also leading your own sales initiatives and expanding your portfolio.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Take ownership of prospecting, qualifying, and advancing insurance accounts, applying proven sales strategies to build a robust pipeline.
- Lead Sales Execution: Manage early- to mid-stage deals independently, while collaborating on complex enterprise opportunities with senior colleagues.
- Engage Insurance Clients: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, risk, fraud, and actuarial functions.
- Craft Winning Solutions: Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals that showcase FICO's value.
- Contribute to Account Strategy: Participate in account planning and growth initiatives, bringing insights from your own prospecting and client interactions.
- Champion Client Needs: Surface market feedback and client priorities to help shape solution positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of success selling technology solutions into insurers or financial institutions.
- Track record of engaging decision-makers in underwriting, claims, risk, fraud, or actuarial departments.
- Clear drive to grow into senior-level sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build pipeline momentum in insurance services.
- Awareness of insurance technology trends—digital underwriting, claims automation, fraud prevention, predictive modeling, risk assessment, and analytics.
Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for client meetings, prospecting, and industry events.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field—or equivalent commercial experience.
