Role Description As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, developing and delivering short, medium, and long-term plans for key corporates, buying groups, and charities.
Actively seek new and emerging partnerships to drive business growth; and provide solutions to prospective customers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share, revenue, and business profitability of existing partners.
Forge long-term relationships with corporates, GPOs, universities, e-commerce partners, and charities.
Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and service delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and act on growth opportunities through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Qualifications
Proven success in account management or business development, ideally in the veterinary or animal health sector.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical prowess and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
