We’re offering an opportunity to join IXOM’s commercial team as a Key Account Manager – Water & Energy, based in Brisbane.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of major accounts across the Water and Energy sectors.
You’ll be a strategic partner to our customers driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional value.
This role suits a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building strong relationships and navigating complex contract lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts and achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Drive new business with a hunter mindset.
- Build influence as a trusted advisor to key customers.
- Track and manage KPIs.
- Lead strategic reviews and deliver insights through regular reporting.
- Complete tender submissions, negotiate and manage contracts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver strong, profitable growth within your segment.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a sales role within the water industry.
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and experience managing the full business development cycle.
- Background in water treatment (strongly preferred).
- Resilient, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
