We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with OEM clients. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with key OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with top OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive sales growth and improve margins through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Initiate and manage collaborative projects with clients, focusing on value creation for end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful development and implementation of custom solutions.
- Monitor client needs and anticipate future needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Propose innovative technical solutions to address client challenges and enhance operations.
- Conduct market research for new opportunities and trends benefiting clients.
- Set up budgets and conduct thorough client analyses.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions for strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and participate in industry events.
- Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in sales and/or marketing (technical background is a plus).
- Experience in sales of technical goods/solutions/components for OEMs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
- Experience in budget management and client analysis.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing innovative solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency; native Polish proficiency.
- Excellent key account management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Category B driving license.
