Job Details
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at each account.
- Revenue Management: Strategically defend existing revenue streams. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Negotiate and close complex deals. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline key objectives, strategies, and tactics for each account.
- Client Advocacy: Become a trusted advisor to your clients, providing expert guidance on market research best practices and Cint's solutions. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Mentor and coach junior Account Managers: Share best practices, provide guidance on client challenges, and contribute to their professional development.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business needs.
- Occasional travel will be required for client-side visits.
- Willingness to travel to the New Orleans office for onboarding and quarterly team meetings is required
