We are looking for a Kinaxis Analyst to join our team and support our growing portfolio of projects.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain planning requirements and provide solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities.
- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse applications to optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Develop and deliver functional specifications and technical design documents for system customizations and enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of Kinaxis solutions.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and go-live activities, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with Kinaxis product updates and best practices, and share knowledge with the internal team.
Proven experience (3-5 years) working with Kinaxis RapidResponse in a consulting or supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, and inventory management.
Experience with data integration and working with large datasets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
