Full-Time Kinaxis Solutions Consultant

In this role, the Sr Solution Consultant as a trusted advisor and technical expert, you’ll lead the design and delivery of Kinaxis-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
• Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
• Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
• Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
• Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
• Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
• Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience in supply chain consulting, with at least focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations.
• Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3
• Deep understanding of multiple Kinaxis Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries.
• Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client’s digital transformation strategy.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery.
• Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives.
