As a Lead - Account Manager at Freshworks, you’ll be responsible for driving sales into existing defined accounts in the UK and Ireland region.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
You have a desire to bring new teams into the Freshworks world to maximize revenue
Showed consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory selling a technical product
Highly driven individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the Freshworks mission
Able to go beyond relationship management
Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, eagerness to learn with consultancy skills in order to understand our customers and how to best support them
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
Fluency in English is required
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute plans for your accounts, and then exceed your sales goals.
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline.
- Grow, manage and track customer contact and install base within your accounts.
- Act as a guide and strategic partner to your accounts.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers on your accounts to focus on both retention and growth of customer portfolio.
- Use resources effectively to meet your sales goals.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities.
- Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts as and when required.
