• Provide technical delivery leadership on projects.
• Ensure technical excellence, identifying AI-driven solutions.
• Guide clients and team members in AI adoption.
• Architect AI-driven solutions and lead implementation teams.
• Serve as a technical point of contact, offering architectural guidance.
• Align with account leaders and escalate concerns quickly.
• Adapt to evolving AI tools and customer needs.
• Organize team work and mentor junior team members.
• Provide feedback to account leaders on team performance.
• Drive knowledge sharing and evangelize AI-first approaches.
• Generate ideas and leverage quick proofs-of-concept to demonstrate AI capabilities.

Tools and TechnologiesExpected experience with many tools and technologies, including:

• AI-first development tooling (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline).
• Full-stack development of AI-enabled applications.
• Modernization of legacy applications with AI.
• Multiple programming languages (FP, OOP).
• Frontend web applications, backend API services, cloud applications.
• Enterprise environments, distributed systems, and large cloud environments.
• End-to-end software delivery.
• Cloud-native architecture, source control management, branching strategies, and automation.
• DevOps practices including containerization, infrastructure as code.
• Agile, TDD, BDD, and DDD methodologies, with AI integration.

Requirements

• US or Canada work authorization.
• Travel availability: 10-50%.

Compensation

• Full benefits (unlimited PTO, HSA, 401k, monthly stipend, quarterly bonus).
• Salary: $150,000 - $220,000.
