Tools and TechnologiesExpected experience with many tools and technologies, including:
- AI-first development tooling (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline).
- Full-stack development of AI-enabled applications.
- Modernization of legacy applications with AI.
- Multiple programming languages (FP, OOP).
- Frontend web applications, backend API services, cloud applications.
- Enterprise environments, distributed systems, and large cloud environments.
- End-to-end software delivery.
- Cloud-native architecture, source control management, branching strategies, and automation.
- DevOps practices including containerization, infrastructure as code.
- Agile, TDD, BDD, and DDD methodologies, with AI integration.
Requirements
- US or Canada work authorization.
- Travel availability: 10-50%.
Compensation
- Full benefits (unlimited PTO, HSA, 401k, monthly stipend, quarterly bonus).
- Salary: $150,000 - $220,000.
