Location: We are looking for candidates located in the Fort Worth, TX area. Shift: Fulltime. Salary: $100,000K - $120,000K (based on experience), plus bonus.
Role Summary: Drive franchisee business results. Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees. Discuss business performance and recommend improvement tactics, ensuring contractual compliance and brand adherence. This includes sales, profits, operations, products, and store builds/acquisitions. Collaborate with Center of Excellence support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for owning the Franchisee relationship, driving results, and leading change.
- Achieve portfolio objectives (new unit store growth, sales, profitability) via market-specific business plans.
- Partner with Franchisees to develop plans, using insights, data, and experience to drive short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, Operations Support) to achieve targeted results.
- Deliver complex messages to franchisees.
- Plan field time efficiently, utilizing all systems and tools for effective in-market and virtual visits.
- Understand, interpret, and uphold standards and franchise agreements to ensure food safety, menu compliance, and trademark protection.
- Handle variance requests and escalate as needed.
- Communicate national promotions to drive franchise engagement.
- Manage SFA and contractual relationships, following up on compliance issues (CQ7 defaults, ops cures).
- Understand industry and economic factors impacting profitability and recommend solutions.
- Conduct regular SWOT analyses to address identified gaps.
- Serve as a Domino's business expert for market information.
- Facilitate franchise peer connections and best practices.
- Adhere to legal guidelines when providing insights.
- Deliver sales analyses to assess market and franchisee health and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate regional meetings tailored to the DMA/franchisee needs.
- Follow up on new product and process rollouts.
- Recommend local marketing plans and drive franchise engagement (co-op spend, local coupons).
- Train franchisees on new products and initiatives.
- Identify targeted development opportunities.
- Negotiate development agreements.
- Coordinate contractual deliverables with Legal.
- Provide regular reporting to Regional Leadership Teams and the Development COE.
- Manage site approval and transition to the Construction Team.
- Collaborate to develop business cases and best practices.
- Advocate for team development.
- Be the primary point of contact for franchisee business and brand matters.
- Grow franchise pipeline by identifying and placing candidates in the FMS program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years proven experience in multi-unit operations, consulting, QSR, and/or franchisee work
- Multi-unit environment experience, retail/restaurant operations knowledge, and financial reporting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (public speaking, articulation)
- Financial statement interpretation and analytical skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Relationship building and collaboration skills
- Leadership, accountability, development, and direction skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills
