As the Lead Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace, you will play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our Partner Marketing program, working closely with the Technology Alliances team to prioritize and nurture key partnerships.
You will establish scalable and repeatable marketing processes, balancing high, mid, and light touch approaches, with a focus on creating a self-service model through our Partner Portal.
For high-touch partners, you will develop and manage long-term, integrated marketing plans, while collaborating with internal teams to build an effective communications strategy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our partner ecosystem and drive the success of Dynatrace’s technology alliances.
This can be a remote position, candidates are required to work EST hours for this position.
Guiding the strategy, planning, priority setting and process, as we build a new focus on technology alliance marketing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Technology Alliance Marketing requests while collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and own the marketing plan.
Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the technology alliances strategy.
Build a scalable execution model that enables partners to promote their partnership and offering, via packaged resources and templates.
Working with partner marketing comms, establish a strategy and plan for technology alliance communications.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including key Technology Alliance partners, and internal stakeholders, including the Dynatrace Technology Alliance Team.
Build and manage relationships with key partners, such as Red Hat.
Be the go-to point of contact for internal or external Technology Alliance requests.
Develop and execute longer term, integrated marketing plans with high-touch partners, (Red Hat).
Create and deliver partner-facing marketing materials and assets.
Set goals; track and measure the performance of Technology Alliance partner marketing programs and initiatives.
Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs and events where appropriate.
Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results.
