Job Details
Location: Remote, with up to 50% travel. Applicants within 30 miles of a supply chain center preferred.
Shift: Fulltime
This position supports maintenance teams at Domino’s Supply Chain Centers. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and sustaining standard maintenance procedures and documentation.
- Evaluating center maintenance programs and planning repair activities.
- Evaluating mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Partnering with Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance.
- Coordinating with Region VP’s, Site Directors, Operations, and Maintenance Team Leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain preventative maintenance systems.
- Update and generate reports from CMMS.
- Manage critical spare parts lists.
- Partner with engineering for equipment reliability.
- Participate in design and installation specifications.
- Support Root Cause Analysis.
- Analyze assets and improve utilization, effectiveness, and useful life.
- Provide technical support to Supply Chain Centers.
- Support maintenance training plan execution.
- Lead maintenance reviews and meetings.
- Review service level agreements with vendors.
Additional Supporting Activities:
- Supply Chain Center Assessments.
- Engineering project support.
- Vendor relationship development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Manufacturing or Engineering roles.
- Experience in maintenance or food safety in food manufacturing preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS or ERP.
AutoCAD, Revit, or similar program a plus.
