Full-Time Legal Ecommerce Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure consumer websites/apps comply with legal requirements (content, search, booking).
• Develop Terms & Conditions for platforms, products, promotions, and competitions.
• Advise on legal requirements for selling travel products online.
• Support drafting and reviewing international contracts (distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, NDAs, sponsorships).
• Oversee commercial disputes/litigation across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external lawyers.
• Improve working processes for sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Law degree.
• Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and practical skills.
• Fluent English and Italian. Additional language proficiency (German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills (meeting deadlines).
• Strong drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
