Job Details
This role focuses on customer protection and compliance policies. You will handle complaint settlement and provide expertise to other units.
- Handling and assessment of customer cases in customer protection.
- Prevention and settlement of major complaints from customers.
- Providing consultation on operational matters with legal, regulatory and compliance implications.
- Contributing to internal and external audits.
- Contributing to relevant CS and company-wide projects.
- Interest and/or experience in customer protection, legal matters, mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance or regulatory matters
- High level of English (C1/C2)
- Intermediate or higher level of Portuguese (B1/B2)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Excellent communication, networking, and conflict management skills
