About the Role
As a Client Advisor, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Partnership: Lead case intake conversations, analyze case theories, and develop expert witness search strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee client engagements, track client usage, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with attorney clients, present findings, and resolve challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of client or customer service experience beneficial
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
