Full-Time Logistics Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute operational tasks and problem-solving.

Receive, log, and process claims in OTM and external log.

Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, actions, and resolutions.

Monitor claims metrics and generate reports for management.

Maintain accurate records of all claims, investigations, and resolutions.

Collaborate with leadership, product, business teams, and external partners.

Run performance reports, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis.

Communicate and present overall performance.

Follow detailed work instructions and cross-train peers.

Work on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities.

Manage quarterly revenue recognition audits (internal and external) with the revenue team, as needed.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.
• Self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic.

PREFERRED:

• Multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks.
• Relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers.
• Collaborate effectively.

SKILLS:

• Computer literate
• Advanced English skills for written and verbal communication.
