The Luxury Sales Manager will successfully solicit sales of The House of Rohl products on a daily basis across various customer segments to meet and exceed sales budgets, display goals, and execute annual business plan initiatives.
In select markets, this position may represent Moen.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all sales responsibilities for House of Rohl or assigned product lines within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with authorized showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership.
- Prospect for new business with non-authorized dealers, wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers, designers, and other relevant customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community (Architects, Designers, Builders, Hospitality).
- Meet or exceed sales budget targets and other annual goals.
- Resolve territory-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Make recommendations for business development to grow market share.
- Ensure brand representation standards in customer showrooms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition.
- Ability to travel, work unsupervised, and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license and current insurance.
- Ability to install displays as needed.
Compensation:
Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.
