Job Details

The Luxury Sales Manager will successfully solicit sales of The House of Rohl products on a day-to-day basis within a variety of customer segments to meet and exceed sales budgets and execute annual business plan initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform all sales responsibilities for House of Rohl or other assigned product lines within the assigned territory.
  2. Develop business relationships with existing authorized showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership.
  3. Prospect for new business development with non-authorized kitchen and bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers, designers, and other potential customers.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community (Architects, Designers, Builders, Hospitality Industry).
  5. Meet or exceed sales budget targets and other annual goals.
  6. Serve as a key point of contact for territory issue resolution.
  7. Make recommendations for business development to grow market share.
  8. Ensure our brands are represented to standard in customer showrooms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions, competition, and develop strategic responses.
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours.
  • Valid driver's license and current insurance.
  • Ability to utilize tools for installing displays as needed.

Compensation:

Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Potential annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.
