Location: US, Remote

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $100,000-120,000, plus commission.

The RoleThe Manager, Channel Partnerships will be a key driver in our company’s growth strategy, responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our channel partner network. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust partnerships with companies across various industries, including HR solutions, corporate concierge services, loyalty programs, event planning, and more. With a results-driven mindset, you will focus on scaling our existing partnerships, identifying new high-potential partners, and refining our partner enablement strategies to reach our ambitious revenue target.

Onboarding with the team:

  • The first 1-3 months of this role will be focused on building your understanding of the business and familiarizing yourself with current process, initiatives, partners, teams, and strategy development
  • During this time, you'll be responsible for:
    • Building relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners
    • Developing a deep understanding of our product and interacting with our R&D team.
    • Learning operational nuances of the GTM business including ADR, Sales, CS, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Marketing Automation
    • Aligning the team on a well-considered partnership roadmap that enables us to meet our revenue target

You will:

  • Channel Strategy Development & Execution: Develop a comprehensive strategy to grow our channel revenue, defining key milestones, KPIs, and scalable processes.
  • Partner Identification & Acquisition: Identify and secure new channel partners aligned with our corporate gifting goals, focusing on industries such as HR consulting, event management, corporate travel, loyalty programs, and office procurement.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and enablement resources to maximize partner engagement, performance, and loyalty.
  • Sales Enablement: Design and implement partner training programs, sales tools, and marketing collateral that empower partners to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Revenue Optimization: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and joint go-to-market strategies to drive sales through the partner network.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance against revenue targets, using insights to adjust strategy and improve partner outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure the channel program aligns with overall business strategy and to tailor offerings for partner success.
  • Industry Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new partnership opportunities and refine strategy.

You have:

  • Experience: 7+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or a related sales function, preferably in the B2B corporate gifting, SaaS, or HR tech related industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing channel revenue, ideally with experience scaling from early stages to delivering 7 figure revenue targets consistently.
  • Startup Mindset: Scrappy mentality with a desire to work in a high growth startup, with the ability to identify high-impact partnership opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sales-Driven: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM and channel management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
