Full-Time Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy and Operations

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with the VP & GM of TMT and Manufacturing within ServiceNow's Industry Workflows organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer and internal engagement logistics.
• Drive prioritization of customer and partner engagement.
• Attend customer meetings, capture takeaways, and drive action items.
• Support cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Develop key metrics to improve customer engagement impact.
• Manage executive-level special projects.
• Contribute to documentation of customer engagement best practices.
• Understand ServiceNow’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with customer advocates and cross-functional teams.

To be successful:

• Experience in leveraging AI.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an operational or project coordination role.
• Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Sharp business judgment and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, and Dynamics.
