The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow drives clarity, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making. We are seeking a Manager, GTM Transformation who combines strategic thinking with a bias for action. This role offers C-suite visibility and the opportunity to influence ServiceNow’s go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy: Support strategic projects, conduct deep-dive analyses, and develop models.
- GTM Operational Execution: Drive execution of initiatives, build playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure: Partner with senior team members, engage with executives, and contribute to a culture of improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, GTM strategy, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- High energy and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
