Full-Time Manager, Home Care Customer Success

Manager, Home Care Customer Success will lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention and engagement with home care agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve targets for retention and engagement.
• Implement processes for high adoption of new programs and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes (SOPs).
• Create presentations and webinars for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction (check-ins, surveys, training).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations for seamless customer experience.
• Analyze data, develop reports, and create daily metric-based scorecards for KPI achievement.
• Provide coaching and training to Customer Success Managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a customer success team (home care/healthcare preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience with CRM, dialers, and platforms to drive efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
• Strong project management skills.

Compensation:

• Base Salary - $75,000 + 20% Bonus
