Full-Time Manager, Implementation

We’re Quandri, unlocking insurance data for brokerages. Our Renewal Intelligence Platform helps brokerages save time, increase profitability, and improve outcomes. We saw 3x ARR growth last year and are scaling our team.

About the Role: Implementation is key. As the Manager of Implementation, you’ll lead customers through onboarding and implementation, manage a small team, refine our process, and drive key outcomes (customer experience, time to value, etc.).

What you’ll do:

• Design and establish scalable implementation processes.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing implementation team.
• Build, maintain, and execute quarterly plans.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics.
• Leverage data to optimize implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, sales, and post-sales teams.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
• Foster a customer-centric culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading implementation in technical B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Experience building implementation processes from scratch.
• Collaboration with the product team for new products.
• Proven track record of scaling implementation processes.
• Data-driven approach to performance optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Bonus points: Strong AI and automation understanding, scaling experience in high-growth companies.
