At Gurobi Optimization, we're looking for a Manager of Global Sales Development Team to lead a high-performing global SDR team.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a global team of SDRs.
- Set performance expectations and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Define and execute the global SDR strategy.
- Develop scalable outreach and qualification processes.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders.
- Monitor SDR performance through KPIs.
- Create dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and RevOps.
- Work with Enablement for training programs.
- Lead hiring efforts for SDRs globally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years in sales or business development, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience leading global teams.
- Understanding of sales processes and B2B lead qualification.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
