Full-Time Manager of Merchandising Managers

• Coach and lead a team of 4 to 6 Merchandising Managers and Associates.
• Develop the team and encourage career growth through vendor relationships and brand management.
• Support the team in developing merchandising strategies, including budget and ROI expectations.
• Manage process and tracking against critical brand and part number audits.
• Proactively identify and lead opportunities for process and reporting efficiency.
• Influence merchandising decisions with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendor managers to establish partnerships for marketplace exclusivity.
• Exhibit expertise on marketplace marketing and merchandising levers.
• Be responsible for tracking, managing, and analyzing team output and KPIs.
• Manage and analyze all actions taken to make data-driven decisions.

• Experienced in managing a team of high-performing individual contributors.
• Experienced in account management or sales.
• Able to navigate difficult conversations comfortably.
• Influential/ persuasive with internal & external partners.
• Confident with an executive presence.
• An effective delegator with strong coaching and people leadership skills.
