The Ad Sales Enterprise Product Team enables NBCUniversal’s Ad Sales portfolio to drive revenue and growth. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that collaborates throughout the product lifecycle including conceptualization, development, and commercialization.
The Manager, Product Management will manage a team of product owners working on multiple products supporting Sales, Marketing and Insights & Measurement. Requires understanding of the Ad Sales ecosystem. The Manager will oversee and maintain the roadmap for their suite of products. May participate in special projects touching other functional areas.
Enterprise Product Management follows these Product Management pillars:
- Business Strategy and Objectives Alignment: Understands and articulates business objectives, priorities and demands. Understands technology landscape and ensures products support business goals, best practices, and overall strategic goals of NBCUniversal.
- Solution Delivery: Effective at delivering solutions. Ensures clarity in requirements, efficient technology processes, and fluid software development.
- Project Management: Plans, manages execution, communicates milestones and challenges, identifies risks, and mitigates them.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- 2+ years managing people
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience interfacing with engineering to provide business use case and detail
- Experience with delivery systems like Jira and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales, media marketplace, and technology trends
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the US
- Ability to speak fluently with business, marketing, design, data, and engineering team members

- Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments
- Ability to lead and work autonomously
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop strong relationships with management and internal collaborators
- Experience with media sales, traffic systems, and agency exchange systems
- MBA is a plus
Fully Remote: This position is fully remote, working from a non-NBCUniversal location, typically an employee's residence.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (bonus eligible)
