Full-Time Manager, Solution Specialist

Procore is seeking a Manager, Solution Specialist to lead and grow a team focused on driving sales of Preconstruction and Analytics products in mid-market accounts.

This role requires strong collaboration with Account Managers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Solution Specialists to develop and close new product opportunities.
• Attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing Solution Specialists.
• Driving performance within the team through training and support.
• Reviewing calls and presentations, as well as sales pipelines and deals.
• Providing support to Account Managers to close deals.
• Analyzing performance, providing forecasts, and identifying process improvements.
• Sharing best practices with other Solution Specialist teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales (ideally SaaS)
• 3+ years sales management experience
• Experience selling to ENR 500 firms preferred
• Proven experience hiring, developing, and promoting sales representatives
• Experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social selling
• Sales methodology implementation experience
• 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor
• Salesforce experience
• Excellent communication skills
