We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Customer Success to lead, evolve, and inspire a team of accomplished customer success engineers committed to providing long-term value to Procore’s customers.
As a Manager, Strategic Customer Success, you'll partner with leadership to create strategic plans and set goals for product adoption and logo retention targets for our Strategic customers, delivering results within budget and on time.
You’ll focus on evolving current processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds, leading and developing a team that embraces Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee a high-performing Customer Success Engineers team
- Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing Procore value based on analytics and best practices.
- Manage KPIs, milestones, and long-term goals supporting revenue growth, gross and operating margins.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, leadership, and executives
- Develop and implement strategies for a learning environment, attracting and retaining top performers, and scaling the team
- Support the development of reporting leaders by providing coaching and career development
- Foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success
- Up to 25% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience in management or supervision
- 8+ years Construction industry expertise
- Understanding of basic SaaS and business metrics
- Proven track record of delivering results for the business
- Customer support or implementation experience on SaaS software platforms
- Enthusiastic and creative leader
- Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Understanding of construction industry verticals (e.g., general contracting, subcontracting)
- Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
