We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Customer Success to lead, evolve, and inspire a team of accomplished customer success engineers (CSE) committed to providing long-term value to Procore’s customers.
As a Manager, Strategic Customer Success, you’ll partner with leadership to create strategic plans and set goals aimed at product adoption and logo retention targets for our Strategic customers while delivering results within budget and on time.
You’ll focus on evolving current processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds, leading and developing a team that embraces Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of high-performing Customer Success Engineers.
- Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing Procore value.
- Manage KPIs, milestones, and long-term goals supporting revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partnering teams and leadership.
- Develop strategies for a learning environment, attracting and retaining top performers.
- Support the development of leaders by providing coaching and career development opportunities.
- Foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success.
- Up to 25% travel to client sites and events.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in management/supervisory role.
- 8+ years Construction industry expertise.
- Understanding of SaaS and business metrics.
- Proven track record of delivering results for the business.
- Customer support/implementation experience on SaaS platforms.
- Enthusiastic and creative leadership skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of the construction industry across various verticals.
- Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models is preferred.
