Full-Time Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Export Control

• Manage global risk and derive governance requirements.
• Develop common minimum standards in Export Controls.
• Monitor legal developments (Executive Orders, EAR, and ITAR) and assess their impact on Bosch Group.
• Support the conceptual design and further development of the U.S. export control process landscape.
• Conduct export audits/health checks and monitor data analysis.
• Act as a contact person for business units, central departments, and authorities.

• 8+ years of Export Controls and a law degree or an associate degree
• Experience with export control in the U.S. (EAR and ITAR)
• 1+ years of proven ability to influence and motivate people
• In-depth knowledge of export control laws in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Internal audit skills
• Continuous learner; willing to stay abreast and enjoys research
• Ability to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate with groups

• Demonstrated ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Knowledge of sanctions and export control laws in the EU & UN
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience in the automotive industry
