Full-Time Manufacturing Solutions Consultant

Manufacturing Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing pre-sales and resource planning activities under the Solutions Director.

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position with travel to EU/UK up to 75% during peak sales periods.

Responsibilities:

• Influence prospective customers (onsite and remote)
• Lead onsite/remote opportunity blitzes/assessments
• Provide mentorship and development for account executives
• Create technical scoping activities
• Generate analyses (ROIs, cashflows, breakevens)
• Coordinate RFP/RFQ completion

Required Skills:

• Strong executive influence
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships quickly
• High business acumen (operations, CAPEX, budgeting, P&L)
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, IWS, WCM
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Strong time management/organizational skills
• Project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Second language beneficial

Education/Experience:

• BA/BS in relevant fields (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Operations/CI/Compliance leadership
