Marketing Manager, Partner Marketing
We are looking for a collaborative, proactive, and resourceful Marketing Manager to support our growing alliances channel across EVH. You will develop a marketing program tailored to each of our alliance channel types. The goal is to guide brand awareness and sales opportunities through the support of our alliance partners.
Reporting to the CMO, you'll create marketing strategies, collaborating with alliance directors and sales leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate long-term marketing strategies to drive alliance growth and support evolving partner ecosystems (Employer Services, Verifications, Housing).
- Collaborate with the Salesforce operations team to track and manage partner leads and campaigns in SFDC, aligning with alliance partner guidelines.
- Lead the implementation of partner-specific campaigns, webinars, and events targeting partner-specific customer segments.
- Coordinate partner conferences and events (strategy, promotion, execution, follow-up).
- Coordinate partner webinars and podcasts (strategy, promotion, execution, follow-up).
- Coordinate partner email, social, and search campaigns (strategy, promotion, execution, follow-up).
- Develop a communication strategy to engage and educate partner audiences.
- Oversee the development of digital assets: partner pages, marketplace pages, campaign landing pages.
- Create engaging content in multiple formats (partner contacts, partner-specific customer segments) to increase sales activity and align with EVH brand strategy. Help guide editorial strategy and contribute to the content agenda.
- Support partner enablement: develop sales materials (sell sheets, presentations), assist with sales efforts.
- Track pipeline development metrics and collect marketing indicators for monthly dashboard reports.
- Work with external resources to implement programs on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales in a leadership capacity.
- Experience navigating complex partner ecosystems, balancing partner needs with corporate goals.
- Understanding of partner/sales needs and translating complex business issues into clear messaging.
- Experience leading marketing teams.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with new strategies to grow the business.
- Experience creating and measuring lead-generation campaigns (customer segments, awareness, new business).
- Experience with campaign testing methodologies (performance-based campaign results).
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
